By creating an account or using TestToppers, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

TestToppers provides online mock tests, test series, current-affairs content, and analytics for exam preparation (including UPSC, JEE, NEET, SSC, GATE, and other competitive/academic exams). Some content is free; other content requires a paid plan or one-time purchase.

• You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• One account is for one individual student — sharing accounts to bypass purchases is not permitted.

• Paid plans and test series are billed as described at checkout. Prices are shown in INR and may change with notice.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is disabled or the plan is a one-time purchase.
• You can cancel a subscription anytime from your Plans page — access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Timed tests are designed to simulate real exam conditions. To keep results meaningful for everyone, we may monitor signals such as tab switches and fullscreen exits during an attempt, and reserve the right to invalidate results or restrict accounts found to be using unfair means (e.g. impersonation, sharing answers, or automated tools).

All test questions, notes, explanations, and platform content are owned by TestToppers or its licensors and are provided for your personal, non-commercial exam preparation only. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell platform content without our written permission.

• Attempting to access content you have not purchased or been granted access to.
• Uploading unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Interfering with the platform's normal operation (e.g. scraping, reverse engineering, or attacking our systems).

TestToppers is a preparation aid and does not guarantee any exam result, rank, or selection outcome. Content is prepared with care but may occasionally contain errors; please verify critical information (like exam dates) against official sources.

To the extent permitted by law, TestToppers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the platform and delete your account at any time from your Profile page.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
