TestToppers ("we", "us", "our") provides an online exam preparation platform for competitive and academic exams in India. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our website and mobile app, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We collect the following types of information:

• Account information: name, email address, phone number, and password (or Google account details if you sign in with Google).
• Usage data: tests attempted, scores, time spent, question responses, and other activity needed to power analytics, leaderboards, and progress tracking.
• Payment information: when you purchase a plan or test series, payments are processed by Razorpay or Google Play Billing — we do not store your card or UPI details ourselves.
• Device and log data: IP address, browser/app type, and similar technical information collected automatically for security and troubleshooting.

• To provide and operate the platform — enrollments, test attempts, scoring, and results.
• To personalize your experience — weak-area analytics, recommendations, and peer comparison.
• To communicate with you — enrollment confirmations, exam reminders, and support responses.
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service (including exam-integrity checks such as tab-switch and fullscreen monitoring during timed tests).
• To improve the platform through aggregated, non-identifying usage analysis.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with: payment processors (Razorpay, Google Play) to complete transactions; cloud infrastructure providers who host our servers and files; and law enforcement or regulators where required by applicable Indian law.

We retain your account and test-history data for as long as your account remains active, so your progress and analytics stay available to you. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time — see "Your Rights" below.

We use cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, remember your theme preference, and understand how the platform is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work correctly without them.

You can access, correct, or delete your personal information from your Profile page, or by contacting us at support@testtoppers.com. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable time.

TestToppers is intended for students preparing for competitive and academic exams. If you are under 18, please use the platform under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
